It must have been in 1999 while a student at Makerere University residing in Nsibirwa Hall; I was getting out of bed when I heard an audible voice saying, "If you joyfully obey the laws of the Kingdom - the laws of giving and receiving, you will never see financial depression in your life." I instantly knew I had heard the voice of God, for I was alone in the room - my roommate had stepped out to the showers.
