I found myself in a place that I knew was LAT and there were so many people in the building. I was the one leading the service as well as the one going to preach. Right before I asked the people to stand up and praise and worship, one of us, Mr. Allan Ananura, stood up and asked me: “Joan, are you sure that when we read and concentrate on the word of God, it will change our thought life or the way we think? In that moment in the dream I asked myself, “How did Allan even know that I was going to share about staying in perfect peace using our minds and the word of God?” So I turned and told Allan that I would explain after praise and worship.

Mrs. Joan Isoke had that dream at 4:00am on Sunday 29th March 2020. Before going to bed, she prayed and asked God what to tell His children during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. The dream was the answer to her prayer.

“You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.” (Isaiah 26:3)

Joan rightly taught us that during this time when most people are hysterical and fearful, God would not only want us to experience His perfect peace (Hebrew: shalom shalom), but also be conduits of the same.

However, for that shalom shalom to be ‘manifest’ in our hearts and lives, we must do our homework: we must read the word of God and concentrate on it. Hallelujah.

The word of God that we are to meditate upon during this time is not only that which is written in the Holy Bible, but also that which He has specifically revealed to us in this specific time. Instead of feeding on all there is about COVID-19, (a lot of which is nonsense intended to cause fear), deliberately create time to read and meditate upon “Thus saith the Lord”. That way, you heart will be filled with peace as you put your trust in God, and you will have less time and motivation to spread fear-filled garbage – you will instead be a conduit of God’s peace.

One of the “Thus saith the Lord” that you should seriously meditate upon is this dream and interpretation by Dr. Dennis Mugimba:

Divine Protection For Uganda Against Coronavirus

On Thursday 19th March 2020 I slept at 1:00am after spending some time praying for our nation about protection against Coronavirus. When I went to sleep, I had the following dream in the morning of Friday 20th March 2020.

In this dream, I saw a person standing but couldn’t I recognize who it was. I asked myself in the dream who this person was. I was told that the person was Uganda. As I looked, I saw a hat like a cowboy’s suddenly appear and placed on this person’s head. I then asked myself what the hat meant. I was told that the hat was for protection just like how a helmet protects.

Then, I saw a group of three doctors leaving my home. I could recognize that one of them is on the team of experts that has been appearing with H.E. the President during the Coronavirus press briefings. I then told all the three doctors to go for the Coronavirus test. They went for testing and were found negative. (End of dream)

Interpretation: Since I went to bed having been praying about protection for Uganda against the Coronavirus, I believe that the dream was revealing that Uganda is protected against the Coronavirus pandemic. That a hat for protection was placed on the head of a man called Uganda means that God has Uganda covered against COVID-19. This is further shown in the dream by the fact that Ugandan doctors tested negative for COVID-19.

God bless you.
