We should all thank God that the 2021 Presidential and Parliamentary elections are now behind us. We should thank Him even more because He ensured that the Presidential race turned out exactly as He wished when Tibuhabura Museveni was voted by the majority.

You may recall that in 2018, after the Lord had spoken to my heart that He will not allow Bobi Wine to become President, He also gave me a dream to that effect. In that dream, Bobi Wine’s soccer team lost the game 2 – 0. Thereafter, still in the dream, Bobi Wine attacked, with the intention of harming, fans of the team that had beaten him bulungi. The first part of the dream was fulfilled. Fortunately, the latter was not. The violence that Bobi Wine had planned, so that blood would be shed as a sacrifice to his demons was averted by the prayers of the saints who were spiritually knowledgeable of what was happening. This was revealed in a dream that Apostle Joseph Serwadda had on 8th December 2020 in which a high ranking demon that was seated in the heavens over our country and drinking human blood was ‘shot down’ by the prayers of the Church. We should therefore thank God for hearkening to our cries unto Him by which He ensured that we got the President He wanted, and blood was not shed.

Museveni or Kyagulanyi?

Having said that, we should continue praying that the peace that now is in the country may ‘stay’. “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour,” (1 Peter 5:8). We must not let down our guard especially since we the Church are the only ones capable of keeping at bay the Devil, who through his agents like Bobi Wine, would want to take this nation captive. Towards Election Day, many people, I inclusive, were threatened by Bobi Wine’s supporters. The intimidation was based on tribal sentiments! Praise Asasira who sings in our worship team was told by her LC-1 Chairman that she, and all her tribemates, were going to be beaten, after which all their property would be forcibly taken away from them. Praise did not wait her leader’s ‘prophecy’ to be fulfilled; she fled upcountry. The evil spirits that were working in ordinarily good people, which spirits Bobi Wine had partnered with, were pushed back by your prayers. Therefore, remain on guard; peace in Uganda depends on your unceasing prayers. Remember that God is on our side concerning this issue.

God bless you.

PS: 1) We thank God that Charles Ayume was elected to Parliament. A dream I had during the NRM primaries has finally been completely fulfilled. Please send a congratulatory note to him or to Denise his wife. 2) We thank God that Juliana and her worship team were at their best on Sunday. The presence of God filled His ‘tabernacle’ as they sang. It could have been God’s way of saying “Thank you for working with Me to get in Museveni, and keep out Bobi Wine.”
