Greatness is a matter of excellence. But the twist is that: as much as one would be doing great by doing well, what would really be great is if one were to do well at the things one should be doing. And in turn, what would be greater would be if one were to make a difference. That "difference maker" happens to be humility -- the art of perceiving what one is as though something one is not, in order to become it.
