I reminded us last week that the numerical growth of our church which God promised will soon happen. God reassured us of this two times last month. The first reassurance was during my fast. In response to my inquiry whether or not we were doing something that was thwarting His promise, God told me that, “You are good.” The second reassurance came a couple of days later by a dream Dr. Dennis Mugimba received. In that dream, God told us that, “There is nothing wrong with LAT that should prevent the numerical growth.” Then in another dream of 7^th August, again by Dennis, God reiterated that indeed LAT, like a jacaranda tree, shall blossom, although there will be Satanic attacks at the beginning of the blossoming.

Interestingly, last week on Friday 25^th August, God gave another dream to a certain lady (call her Lydia) in the church. This dream indicates one of the ways God is going to bring about the numerical growth. In that dream, Lydia’s friend had come to LAT with her husband, children, parents, and siblings. Amazed, Lydia asked her friend why she had come to LAT. The friend replied saying, “We were instructed by the Lord to come and start praying from your church.” Hallelujah!

Years ago, many people joined LAT following God’s instructions they had received in dreams. Dr. Dennis Mugimba is one such person. In fact, he received his dream on the very Sunday morning (31^st August 2014) that LAT held its first service. This has not reoccurred since 2017 when an exodus happened for reasons you know. But I sense that dreams of God speaking to people to come join us are going to resume.

Back to Lydia’s dream: A certain detail that I did not discuss with her caught my attention. The detail is that Lydia’s friend’s father and siblings that came to LAT (in the dream), go by the same last name as a certain leader of a big cult fellowship in Kampala. It therefore seems to me that Lydia’s dream has these two meanings: 1) Lydia’s friend’s family should join LAT, and 2) The cult leader’s (spiritual) children are going to be delivered by God from that cult, and then be led to LAT.

That second interpretation is most probably also correct because many dreams related to that interpretation came to us several times in the past. The very first one was way back when LAT was less than a year old. A one Honest Kamikazi who was by then not yet a member of LAT dreamt that she was with me in an incomplete but very tall storied building which also had very many rooms. A man then came and told her that, “This is your house with Pastor Moses. It is not yet complete but it will be completed. And when it is completed, even John Smith (pseudonyms for the leader of a fellowship that is now a cult), will also stay here on the top floor.” By the way, Honest’s dream was also on a Sunday morning. She rightly knew that she, like Dr. Mugimba, was being told that on waking up she should come to – and join LAT – instead of going back to the church she had been attending.

God speaking to people in dreams to join LAT is coming back. The jacaranda tree is blossoming soon, because God promised so.

Most importantly, when the jacaranda tree blossoms, we should strive to remain Christ-centered, and thereby keep the other name – The One Thing Church – by which we go in heaven as was revealed in a dream I had on 23^rd January 2021.
