One of my best sermons to date is that which Bishop T.D. Jakes preached in about 1999. “Why Lord, did you choose David to be King of Israel?” cried Bishop Jakes as he endeavored to bring his preaching to an end. Instantly God's response came through the same mouth that had asked saying, “I chose David because he would never forget where I got him from. He will always give Me the glory for all that will be accomplished through him.”

Isaiah 53:2-3
He has no form or comeliness; and when we see Him, There is no beauty that we should desire Him. He is despised and rejected by men
Last week I went to meet an elderly prophetess who is in her late eighties, living an extremely humble life. Once, a prophetically genuine friend of mine dreamt when this exact elderly prophetess owned a huge garden the size of the globe. In that dream she was seen allocating bits of her garden, the size of nations, to ministers of the gospel. These ministers would then rise to spiritual prominence in the countries that this humble and little known lady had in the spirit partitioned to them. If you did not have prior knowledge of the greatness of this meek woman, you would not give her a second look.
