On the morning of Saturday; 11th June 2016 at about 4 a.m, I had the following dream.
I was with a group of people walking toward a place called "Area 18." I inquired amongst the people I was with what "Area 18" meant; and was told that it's gazetted as a restricted access area. It appeared as if the top-most leader of a nation lived in that place.
I told the group I was with that it was okay to enter the area; but they insisted that we couldn't because it's restricted. At this point the group asked me which Church I attended. I responded that I attend Last Adam Tabernacle (LAT). The group inquisitively asked which denomination LAT subscribes to; is it Pentecostal, Baptist, or any denomination. I replied that we (LAT) are the Body of Christ. I was asked the second time which denomination LAT subscribes to; my response was the same, "We (LAT) are the Body of Christ."
As I walked away from the group, I saw Pastor Moses and my wife Christine descending from the skies above the restricted area. Pr. Moses had with him a book whose part of the title read, "... The Laws of Giving Financially & Praise."
Pr. Moses was telling my wife that "When the LORD came riding on a white horse and appeared to LAT, it was during praise." Pr. Moses mentioned that the LORD had separately appeared riding on a white horse to me, my wife, and two other LAT members. Pr. Moses kept on repeating the statement, "the laws of giving as praise."
As Pr. Moses was narrating this to my wife, within the dream, I would then see the actual experience of a Person riding on a white horse appearing to those people the Pastor was mentioning.

The gazetted Area 18 is Last Adam Tabernacle (LAT) the home of Pastor Moses who the Lord anointed the Financial Prosperity President of Uganda. This makes spiritual sense because the dream is about financial giving. Although the people in the dream believed access to this special area was restricted, the dreamer (Prophet Dennis Mugimba) knew that it wasn’t and that anybody could access it. But its apparent restriction to access depicts what is true in the natural of the home of a national President.
I believe the parts about Pastor and the Lord on a white horse are highlighting the importance of giving as praise to God and how the Lord is visiting those that have been doing so. Just like Solomon was visited by God in a dream after he had offered a thousand burnt offerings (2 Chronicles 1:6-7), the Lord is manifesting Himself to Prophet Dennis Mugimba, his wife Christine and two other LAT members who were not named in the dream as a result of their giving.
