As LAT turns five, we are taking time to review the key things that God has evidently spoken to us this year. The purpose for this review is to inspire us to stay devoted to our Lord Jesus.

Last week we saw how God was pleased with our last Praise and Worship anniversary service and why we should continue to worship Him. This week we shall recall how God was pleased with the sermon that day on loving Him, and why and how we should continue to love Him.

In December 2018 I had this dream: I showed Joan Isoke a gentleman who was the best in my school in the Primary Leaving Examinations. His hair was all white like snow. Then Joan said to me, “Do you know what the snow white hair on that guy means? It is symbolic of the great wisdom with which you spoke at the anniversary service”.

Now, the key message that day was that we should love God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. By that dream, God was telling us that loving Him is the highest wisdom. Therefore, we should seek to love God with everything in us because it is wise, and there is no wisdom greater than that.

The message of my dream then is similar to what Rick Joyner was told by the Lord in a vision he recounted in The Final Quest. Jesus told him that, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, but the highest wisdom is to love Him.”

Now, how do we love the Lord? We love Him by keeping His commandments (John 14:21). In fact, that is another thing God clearly told us this year by a dream Joan Isoke had on 13th June 2019. She was in a church where she saw Rick Joyner deeply engrossed in prayer and not wanting to be interrupted. She wanted him to explain to her how to love the Lord with all her heart. After waiting for sometime and realizing that he was not about to finish praying, she touched his shoulder. Rick Joyner immediately got up and asked her, “Joan, do you want to know how to love the Lord with all your heart?” She replied, “Yes.” While holding a Bible in his hands, he said to her, “Then just do what this Bible says and you will have loved the Lord with all your heart."

May we continue to love God by obeying both the commandments in the Bible, and the instructions He gives us now and again. When we do that, we shall be exhibiting the highest and greatest wisdom.

God bless you.

PS: We are preparing for the anniversary service on Sunday 8th September with longer than usual praise and worship sessions during the Sunday and Thursday services. Please be involved in this. If we fill the heavens with the rain of glory, they shall empty themselves upon us (Ecclesiastes 11:3) on 8th September – and we shall encounter Jesus once again.
