I thank God that yesterday He revealed to me in a dream what He blessed me with on Sunday. And I believe that all of us received something, as evidenced by the presence of God during the abrupt “blessing” session.

While driving to church that day (after contemplating for several days whether or not to attend the service!), the story of Jabez praying to God to bless him, and his request being granted came to mind (1 Chronicles 4:10). So, in my heart I asked God to also bless me. When I got to church, I opened my Bible and read how Jacob wouldn’t let go of the Man who wrestled with him until He had blessed him (Genesis 32:26). I even read Isaiah 51:2 where God speaks of having blessed Abraham. I therefore continued to ask God to bless me during the service.

To my utter amazement, Sam Isoke who led the service on Sunday opened with the Scripture: “Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it” (Numbers 23:20). Later, after the worship team had finished leading us in singing to God, Sam got the microphone and crowned it for me when he read Psalm 115:12-15: “The LORD has been mindful of us; He will bless us; He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless those who fear the LORD, Both small and great. May the LORD give you increase more and more, You and your children. May you be blessed by the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.” That was is “it” for me – I knew that God had a blessing for me during the service.

Therefore, after Joan Isoke had finished preaching I instructed the worship team to lead us in “The Blessing” by Kari Jobe. Then together with other leaders in the church, we went ahead and blessed everyone that attended the service, including the children who had been called from their church. I personally felt a strong presence of God during that “blessing” session. And perhaps, even other people like Lydia Namanya whom I saw with tears running down her face felt the same way I did.

After the service, I recalled that in September last year, after we had had two “blessing” services (sermons: Raising Children Blessed of God, Parts 1 & 2), the Lord revealed to me in a dream what I had received from Him. That was the dream in which a world-renowned and true apostle called me to be his best man, and I later found myself working in his office. (see: Our Children are Blessed of God, Part 2 (21st Sept 2022) (lat.church)). I therefore prayed to God to reveal to me what I had received from Him this time round. Thankfully, yesterday at about 1:15 a.m., God answered me with this dream:

I was part of a gathering of people. It seemed like a party. A certain former governor of Bank of Uganda was the chief guest. When it came to mealtime, he did not have to queue up to serve himself; he was served and his food was placed on a small table where he was going to sit. While I was still in the queue to serve myself, my father (who passed away eleven years ago!), came and pulled me out of the line, walked me to where the chief guest’s food was, got that food and gave it to me! After the meal, I was with someone who told me that, “Man, when we saw your dad giving you the chief guest’s food we said, ‘Moses is not a simple guy’”. Then I jokingly responded, “You must have said that I am in the circles of the powerful and I am privy to classified information,” before adding, “By the way, when the chief guest arrived, I was the first to shake his hand.”

The interpretation of this dream is related to a promise God gave me in 2013, which I wrote in the book “Financial Prosperity, Breaking the Back of Poverty”. I believe the dream came to show that I am now entering into that promise, especially since God has been speaking to us about “Entering Our Promised Land”.

And since I received the dream yesterday just before I wrote this article, I believe that God also wanted to use me to speak to you that: “You too indeed received a blessing on Sunday from Father God.” Church, entering our Promised Land is for real!

God bless you.
