As we lay up our treasures in heaven, let us also endeavor to live godly lives that guarantee our being reunited with our heavenly treasures. Godliness guarantees eternity with God, and the eternal enjoyment of treasures that were stored in heaven. However, still for Christians, practicing ungodliness spells an eternity with Satan in hell, and eternal separation from our treasures in heaven.
